• Printing & Promotional Solutions: Flex banners, brochures, certificates, trophies, vinyl printing
• Industrial Equipment & Services: Earthmoving equipment parts and maintenance services
• Additional Services: LAN cabling, networking services, IT support

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process:

• Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or direct contact
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Pricing and Payment:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and subject to change without notice
• Payment is required before delivery unless credit terms are pre-arranged
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and other agreed payment methods
• For services, payment schedules will be outlined in service agreements

• Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable
• Returns accepted within 7 days for defective items
• Custom configurations are non-returnable unless defective

Printing Services:

• Customer must approve proofs before production
• Custom printed items are generally non-refundable unless production error
• Customer is responsible for copyright compliance of submitted designs
• We reserve the right to refuse printing of inappropriate content

Industrial Equipment Services:

• Service scope will be defined in separate service agreements
• Customer must provide safe site access and necessary information
• Parts warranty as per manufacturer terms
• Service work carries 30-day warranty unless otherwise specified

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery
• Local delivery available in Naya Raipur area
• Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be authorized in advance
• Items must be in original condition with packaging
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
• Restocking fees may apply to certain returns
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of approved return

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, trademarks, and logos are our property
• Customer retains ownership of submitted design files
• Customer grants us license to use designs for order fulfillment
• Customer warrants they have rights to submitted content

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
